Frame Relay
Broadwing Frame Relay service enables your business to fulfill data, voice, video, and other multimedia traffic requirements within one network without the cost and inflexibility of a leased line. This service is well suited for connecting local area networks (LANs) and easily scalable to meet your changing business requirements.
Frame Relay over DSL
By integrating DSL access into your traditional frame relay network, you can reduce access costs by more than 50% while still maintaining the reliability and benefits of a private WAN solution. Broadwing FRoDSL service includes two local access options for maximum geographic reach. SDSL is available in multiple port speeds including 192 kbps, 384 kbps, 768 kbps, 1.1 mbps, and 1.5 mbps. SDSL is available up to 8,000 feet from the central office. IDSL provides a 144 kbps port speed and is available up to 40,000 feet from the central office.
ATM
Broadwing ATM service supports today's multi-protocol, multi-vendor data environments. The ATM service seamlessly integrates with frame relay networks and allows you to have one network for voice, video, and data. Private Line

Enhanced Toll-Free Services
Broadwing's enhanced Routing 8XX service is designed to help you adjust quickly to changing customer needs. It's an excellent call-center solution for businesses who need the flexibility to re-route the termination of incoming 8XX calls quickly and easily, based on a number of variables. Origination Control allows the customer to choose who can terminate to their 8XX service. The restriction or allowance of calls is based on the geographic origination of the call and can be defined by NPA-NXX, LATA, state, or the U.S. and limited international regions.
