Progent's convenient per-minute engagement model demands no complex contracts, minimum fees or invisible charges for standard service. Many consultants have minimum charges or other additional expenses that drive up support invoices. For online service from Progent during regular working hours, you are billed only for the actual time devoted to working on your support issue. If it only requires a quarter of an hour to correct your problem, then you are charged only for a quarter of an hour. For scheduled on-site maintenance service booked more than 24 hours ahead, you pay only for the time when a Progent consultant is actually at your location solving your problems. No extra on location charges or travel expenses. Just our competitive by-the-minute billing rate. For urgent same-day in-person service visits, you may have to pay for our consultant's travel time, but never an increased emergency billing rate.
