Main Activities

  • Maintain and repair Microsoft Windows Server 2016, 2012, 2008-powered networks
  • Operate on premises and online to analyze and resolve both urgent and ongoing issues related to reliability, protection, performance, accessibility, and overall productivity
  • Install, setup and debug applications on Windows Servers
  • Install, setup Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7 desktops and notebooks
  • Configure and analyze a variety of network services and applications including AD, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, DFS & NTFRS
  • Plan information technology topologies including virtualized infrastructures and private/dedicated/hybrid cloud designs
  • Maintain and manage MS Outlook client with back office Microsoft Exchange, MS Office and Office 365, telephony, and Internet access
  • Design and carry out upgrades to MS desktop operating system, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange Server
  • Design and test security policies including on-premises high availability, fault tolerance, backups and AV plus remote or cloud-centric disaster recovery
  • Efficient system architecture and 24x7 health monitoring


Minimum Work Experience Requirements
  • 10+ years’ background in PC, server administration and IT Infrastructure support (new software installation, device provisioning, problem identification and resolution)
  • 5+ years consulting experience
  • Ability to troubleshoot software application issues such as workstation program compatibility problems, server issues, data service problems, and access problems
  • Experience in business application support (Microsoft product family)
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a virtual office setting, providing reliable follow-up and taking advantage remote access and wireless communication technology
  • Operates independently and shows high level of responsibility and drive
  • Has a working knowledge of network layers L1-L7 and excellent debugging capabilities in L1-L4

Current Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and/or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP:EA)
