Main Responsibilities

  • Support and repair Microsoft Windows Server 2016, 2012, 2008-based networks
  • Work onsite and online to identify and resolve urgent and ongoing issues related to reliability, protection, performance, connectivity, and overall productivity
  • Deploy, configure and troubleshoot apps on Windows Servers
  • Install, setup Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7
  • Configure and analyze a variety of network services and applications including AD, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, DFS & NTFRS
  • Design information technology architectures including virtualized environments and on-premises, cloud-based, and hybrid cloud models
  • Maintain and manage MS Outlook client with back office Exchange Server, Microsoft Office suite, telephony, and Internet connectivity
  • Design and carry out upgrades to MS desktop operating system, Windows Server, AD, and Exchange
  • Design and validate security policies including onsite high availability, resilience, backups and anti-virus plus remote or cloud-centric disaster recovery
  • Efficient system design and proactive server monitoring


Minimum Work Experience Requirements
  • 10+ years’ background in desktop, server administration and IT Infrastructure support (new software installation, device setup, problem identification and resolution)
  • 5+ years consulting background
  • Ability to troubleshoot application issues such as desktop PC software compatibility problems, server issues, data service problems, and connectivity problems
  • Experience in business application support (Microsoft product family)
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a virtual office setting, providing consistent follow-through and taking advantage remote access and wireless connectivity technology
  • Operates independently and shows strong sense of responsibility and initiative
  • Possess a reasonable knowledge of network layers L1-L7 and strong troubleshooting skills in L1-L4
Credentials Required
Current Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and/or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP:EA)
