Main Activities

  • Maintain and repair Windows Server 2016, 2012, 2008-powered networks
  • Operate on premises and online to identify and fix urgent and lingering issues related to reliability, protection, performance, connectivity, and overall productivity
  • Deploy, configure and debug applications hosted on Windows Servers
  • Deploy, setup Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7 desktops and notebooks
  • Configure and analyze a variety of network services and applications including AD, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, DFS & NTFRS
  • Plan IT architectures including virtualized infrastructures and private/dedicated/hybrid cloud designs
  • Support and administer Microsoft Outlook client with back office Exchange Server, Microsoft Office suite, telephony, and Internet connectivity
  • Design and carry out updates to MS desktop operating system, Windows Server, AD, and Microsoft Exchange Server
  • Design and test protection policies such as on-premises high availability, fault tolerance, backups and anti-virus as well as offsite or cloud-centric disaster recovery
  • Robust system design and 24x7 health monitoring and alerting


Minimum Work Experience Requirements
  • 10+ years’ experience in PC, server management and IT Infrastructure support (new software deployment, device provisioning, problem isolation and resolution)
  • 5+ years consulting background
  • Ability to debug software application problems such as workstation program compatibility problems, server problems, data service problems, and access problems
  • Background in business software support (Microsoft products)
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a virtual office environment, providing consistent follow-up and utilizing online access and mobile connectivity tools
  • Works independently and shows high level of responsibility and drive
  • Possess a working knowledge of networking layers 1 through 7 and strong troubleshooting skills in layers 1 through 4
Credentials Required
Current Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and/or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP:EA)
