Progent is seeking to hire staff-level, solutions-oriented Microsoft accredited engineers with MCSE or MCP certification; Cisco certified network consultants who have Cisco CCIE or CCNP credentials; security consultants with CISA or equivalent security certification; and high-end network architecture experts with experience in mobile solutions, wireless networking, fault tolerance, workplace recovery, information preservation, and VMware. Progent also seeks employees who can work on our staff of desktop service technicians and remote support professionals. We Are Seeking Bona Fide Experts
We are hiring consultants who can show recognized certification in their special expertise. For example, if you are a Microsoft consultant, you should have your Microsoft MCSE certificate. In the case of Cisco professionals, have your Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert or Cisco Certified Network Professional certificate. For network security, you should have you CISSP, CISA, CISM, or one of the other leading security certifications. Naturally, Progent is aware of “paper MCSEs.” Still, the fact that a credential does not ensure excellence is no reason for not owning one. If you know your field, then most of those tests should pose no great difficulty. The bottom line is that if you call yourself a professional, then clients deserve to see certifications. We will promote your talents, but you should have standard credentials for us to market. In case you are strongly opposed to the idea of credentials, Progent can understand and honor your position, but you are probably not a good candidate.
