I just want to say thank you to Progent and Chris for the level of support and services your company provided me... I had plans to upgrade an existing baremetal server and migrate my Exchange 2003 server to 2010 on a virtual environment. I originally didn't have much experience with Exchange 2010 or virtual machines in a production environment and I was unsure how smooth the migration process would go. However, the money that I will eventually save from switching from a baremetal server to virtual server installs will basically pay for the IT consulting provided by Progent. This was a win win situation for me. I saved money from switching from baremetal installs to virtual and basically increased my level of comfort because I know I would have an expert overlooking the migration process.
I also wanted to note that I have talked to 3 other IT consultants within my area, but none of them where able to provide the level of support that I was looking for. Out of the 3 companies, the first one didn't have a lot of experience with Exchange 2010, the second company didn't have a whole lot of experience with Hyper-v and recommended a VMware solution that would cost me a significant amount more, and my third company wanted me to pay a high consulting fee, or pay a lower fee (which was still higher then Progent's fee) if I signed a contract for 100 service hours... This was basically a no brainer for me. I would definitely recommend Progent..
