We have a state-of-the-art VoIP PBX system housed in one of our data centers. Progent has designed a scalable infrastructure of more than 50 servers that power the core applications used to support our business, including Exchange email and collaboration, accounting and reporting software, client billing systems, call center applications, web services, access permissions and security servers, document handling, print servers, archiving and business continuity, sales automation, Customer Relationship Management, network administration and monitoring, and Voice over IP. Progent utilizes server virtualization products from VMware to enhance even more our ability to scale and manage our network.
