Progent has an advanced VoIP communications solution sited in one of Progent's data centers. Progent has designed an expandable infrastructure of more than 50 servers that host the core programs used to support our consultants, such as Microsoft Exchange email and collaboration, financial and management information systems, service invoicing systems, call center systems, web support, access permissions and protection servers, document storage, print servers, backup and disaster recovery, marketing and sales automation, CRM, network administration and auditing, and Voice over IP. Progent leverages virtual server technology from VMware to enhance further the ability to expand and manage our information system.
