You can also direct recovered data to a different mailbox, so you do not lose data that comes from a mailbox that no longer exists. In addition, you can export saved mailboxes or individual items to a PST file.
- SharePoint protection: Transparently back up files stored on SharePoint sites and restore files either to a downloadable ZIP archive or to a SharePoint document library.
- Teams backup: Back up Teams user and group chats as well as any attachments shared during Teams Chats, meetings, and channel conversations. You can also copy recordings of meetings and code snippets. You can restore complete Teams Chats for individuals and groups to an HTML file or to a new Team. You can choose specified individual or group Team Chat conversations for selective recovery.
- Microsoft OneDrive files backup: Back up files residing on a user's OneDrive storage account and restore either to the OneDrive account or to a downloadable ZIP archive.
365 Total Backup can recover to a selection of file-type alternatives that include PST, HTML, and ZIP - Windows endpoint backup and policies: Policy-based, file-level backup for Windows endpoints. Microsoft 365 OneDrive for Business and SharePoint Online limit point-in-time recoveries to at most 30 days, which may not be compliant in various industries or with your own corporate policies.
