• Restore to Different Host: You can recover a VM backup to a different Hypervisor. The virtual machine can be restored from the local backup location, or directly from the remote copy location. (You may not cross-restore between Windows Hyper-V and VMware Hypervisors.)
• Boot from Backup: You can instantly boot any virtual machine version directly from the backup location for verification or to create a major improvement in RTO during a disaster recovery event.
• File-Level Recovery: You can rapidly restore individual files and folders from any virtual machine copy.
• WAN-Optimized Replication: You can create ongoing backups of your VMs to a remote site and switch instantly to the backup site in case a disaster disables your primary virtual machines. This can significantly shrink your Recovery Time Objective and put you back in business quickly.
