Progent's pricing policy is to charge for remote service and on-premises visits per minute. As a result, you are invoiced only for delivered support. Progent does not impose a higher rate for off-hours or urgent service, and within California or in regions where Progent offers on-premises service, Progent does not bill for travel time except for urgent support where on-site time is less than 4 hours. Also, Progent imposes no minimum charge and requires no retainer for support services delivered during normal working hours.
