What pricing structure does Progent use for support services?
Progent's easy by-the-minute billing policy requires no complex contracts, retainers or hidden charges. Many other companies have minimum charges or other extra fees that drive up support costs. For remote support from Progent during normal business hours, you only get charged for the time spent working on your issue. If it only takes ten minutes to fix your problem, then you are only charged for ten minutes. For regularly scheduled on-site service work booked more than 24 hours in advance, you are billed only for the time when Progent's team member is actually on premises working on your issues.
