Maintain and repair Windows Server 2016, 2012, 2008-powered IT environments
Work on premises and online to analyze and fix both urgent and lingering issues related to availability, security, performance, connectivity, and general productivity
Deploy, setup and debug applications on Microsoft Windows Servers
Deploy, configure Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7 desktop PCs and laptops
Configure and analyze a variety of network services and applications including AD, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, DFS & NTFRS
Design IT topologies including virtualized infrastructures and on-premises, cloud-based, and hybrid cloud models
Maintain and manage Microsoft Outlook client with back office Exchange Server, MS Office suite, phone communications, and Internet access

Design and test protection policies such as onsite high availability, fault tolerance, backups and anti-virus plus remote or cloud-based disaster recovery

Minimum Work Experience Requirements
10+ yearsí experience in desktop, server administration and IT Infrastructure support (new software deployment, device setup, problem isolation and resolution)
5+ years consulting experience
Ability to debug application problems such as desktop PC software compatibility problems, server problems, data service issues, and connectivity problems
Experience in business productivity software support (Microsoft products)
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a virtual office environment, delivering reliable follow-through and taking advantage remote access and wireless communication technology
Operates without supervision and shows strong sense of responsibility and drive
Possess a reasonable knowledge of network layers 1 through 7 and strong debugging skills in L1-L4
