Responsibilities
Maintain and repair Microsoft Windows Server 2016, 2012, 2008-based networks
Work onsite and online to analyze and resolve urgent and ongoing problems related to availability, security, capacity, accessibility, and overall functionality
Deploy, setup and troubleshoot apps on Windows Servers
Deploy, setup Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7 desktop PCs and laptops
Configure and analyze a variety of network services and applications including AD, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, DFS & NTFRS
Plan information technology architectures including virtualized environments and private/dedicated/hybrid cloud designs
Maintain and manage Microsoft Outlook client with back office Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Office and Office 365, phone communications, and Internet access
Design and implement updates to Microsoft desktop OS, Windows Server, AD, and Microsoft Exchange
Develop and validate protection policies including on-premises high availability, resilience, backups and anti-virus plus remote or cloud-based disaster recovery
Robust system design and proactive server monitoring and alerting

Minimum Work Experience Requirements
10+ years' experience in PC, server administration and IT Infrastructure support (new software deployment, machine provisioning, problem identification and resolution)
5+ years consulting background
Ability to debug software application problems such as workstation program compatibility issues, server issues, data service issues, and connectivity issues
Experience in business productivity application support (Microsoft product family)
Proven ability to operate efficiently in a virtual office setting, delivering consistent follow-through and utilizing online access and mobile communication technology
Works independently and shows strong sense of responsibility and drive
Has a working understanding of networking layers L1-L7 and excellent debugging skills in layers 1 through 4
