Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Server 2016, 2012, 2008-based IT environments
Work onsite and online to analyze and fix both urgent and lingering problems related to reliability, protection, capacity, connectivity, and overall productivity
Deploy, configure and troubleshoot apps on Windows Servers
Deploy, configure Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7 desktops and notebooks
Configure and analyze a variety of network services and applications including AD, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, DFS & NTFRS
Design information technology topologies including virtualized environments and private/dedicated/hybrid cloud designs
Maintain and manage MS Outlook client with back office Exchange, Microsoft Office suite, phone communications, and Internet access
Design and implement upgrades to MS desktop OS, Windows Server, AD, and Microsoft Exchange
Develop and validate security policies such as on-premises high availability, resilience, backups and AV plus offsite or cloud-centric disaster recovery
Robust network design and 24x7 server monitoring

Minimum Work Experience Requirements
10+ years’ background in desktop, server management and network Infrastructure support (new software installation, machine setup, problem isolation and resolution)
5+ years consulting background
Ability to troubleshoot application problems such as desktop PC program compatibility issues, server problems, data service problems, and connectivity problems
Experience in business productivity software assistance (Microsoft product family)
Proven ability to operate efficiently in a virtual office environment, providing reliable follow-up and using remote access and wireless communication technology
Works independently and shows strong sense of ownership and drive
Has a reasonable understanding of networking layers 1 through 7 and strong debugging capabilities in L1-L4
