Responsibilities
Maintain and repair Microsoft Windows Server 2016, 2012, 2008-powered IT environments
Work on premises and remotely to analyze and resolve urgent and ongoing issues related to availability, security, performance, accessibility, and general productivity
Deploy, setup and debug apps on Windows Servers
Deploy, configure Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7
Configure and analyze a variety of network services and applications including AD, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, DFS & NTFRS
Design IT architectures including virtualized infrastructures and private/dedicated/hybrid cloud designs
Support and administer MS Outlook client with back office Microsoft Exchange Server, MS Office suite, phone communications, and Internet access
Plan and implement updates to MS desktop OS, Windows Server, AD, and Exchange
Develop and validate protection policies such as onsite high availability, resilience, backups and AV plus remote or cloud-based disaster recovery
Robust system architecture and proactive server monitoring

Minimum Work Experience Requirements
10+ years' experience in desktop, server management and network Infrastructure support (new software installation, machine provisioning, problem identification and resolution)
5+ years consulting background
Ability to debug software application issues including desktop PC program compatibility issues, server issues, data service issues, and connectivity problems
Experience in business productivity software support (Microsoft product family)
Proven ability to work efficiently in a virtual office environment, providing reliable follow-through and taking advantage remote access and mobile connectivity technology
Works without supervision and demonstrates strong sense of responsibility and drive
Possess a reasonable understanding of networking layers 1 through 7 and strong troubleshooting capabilities in layers 1 through 4
