Responsibilities
Maintain and repair Windows Server 2016, 2012, 2008-powered IT environments
Work on premises and remotely to identify and fix urgent and ongoing problems associated with reliability, security, performance, accessibility, and general productivity
Install, configure and debug applications on Windows Servers
Deploy, configure Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7 desktop PCs and laptops
Configure and analyze a variety of network services and applications including AD, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, DFS & NTFRS
Design IT topologies including virtualized infrastructures and on-premises, cloud-based, and hybrid cloud models
Maintain and administer Microsoft Outlook client with back office Microsoft Exchange Server, MS Office and Office 365, phone communications, and Internet access
Design and carry out upgrades to Microsoft desktop operating system, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange
Design and validate protection policies such as onsite high availability, resilience, backup/restore and AV plus offsite or cloud-centric disaster recovery
Robust network architecture and proactive health monitoring and alerting

Minimum Work Experience Requirements
10+ years' experience in desktop, server administration and network Infrastructure support (new software installation, machine provisioning, problem identification and resolution)
5+ years consulting experience
Ability to debug software application issues such as desktop PC program compatibility issues, server issues, data service problems, and access issues
Experience in business productivity application support (Microsoft products)
Proven ability to operate efficiently in a virtual office setting, delivering consistent follow-through and taking advantage online access and wireless communication technology
Works without supervision and demonstrates high level of responsibility and drive
Possess a working understanding of networking layers L1-L7 and excellent troubleshooting skills in layers 1 through 4
