Maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server 2016, 2012, 2008-based IT environments
Operate on premises and remotely to identify and resolve urgent and lingering issues associated with reliability, protection, capacity, accessibility, and overall productivity
Deploy, configure and debug applications on Windows Servers
Deploy, configure Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7 desktops and notebooks
Configure and analyze a variety of network services and applications including AD, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, DFS & NTFRS
Design information technology topologies including virtualized environments and on-premises, cloud-based, and hybrid cloud models
Support and manage MS Outlook client with back office Exchange Server, MS Office and Office 365, phone communications, and Internet access
Plan and carry out upgrades to Microsoft desktop OS, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange
Develop and test protection policies including on-premises high availability, fault tolerance, backup/restore and anti-virus plus offsite or cloud-based disaster recovery
Robust network design and proactive server monitoring

Minimum Work Experience Requirements
10+ years' experience in desktop, server administration and network Infrastructure support (new software installation, device setup, problem isolation and repair)
5+ years consulting background
Ability to debug application problems including desktop PC software compatibility issues, server issues, data service issues, and connectivity issues
Background in business application assistance (Microsoft product family)
Proven ability to work effectively in a virtual office setting, providing reliable follow-up and taking advantage online access and wireless connectivity tools
Operates without supervision and demonstrates strong sense of responsibility and initiative
Possess a reasonable understanding of networking layers L1-L7 and strong debugging capabilities in layers 1 through 4
