Activities
Maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server 2016, 2012, 2008-powered networks
Operate onsite and online to analyze and fix both urgent and ongoing issues associated with reliability, security, performance, accessibility, and general functionality
Deploy, configure and debug apps on Windows Servers
Deploy, setup Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7 desktop PCs and laptops
Configure and analyze a variety of network services and applications including AD, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, DFS & NTFRS
Plan IT architectures including virtualized infrastructures and on-premises, cloud-based, and hybrid cloud models
Maintain and manage MS Outlook client with back office Exchange Server, Microsoft Office suite, telephony, and Internet access
Plan and carry out updates to MS desktop OS, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange Server
Design and validate protection policies including on-premises high availability, resilience, backup/restore and anti-virus plus offsite or cloud-centric disaster recovery
Robust system design and 24x7 server monitoring and alerting

Minimum Work Experience Requirements
10+ years' experience in desktop, server management and IT Infrastructure support (new software deployment, machine setup, problem identification and repair)
5+ years consulting background
Ability to debug software application problems including workstation program compatibility problems, server problems, data service issues, and access problems
Background in business productivity software assistance (Microsoft products)
Proven ability to operate effectively in a virtual office environment, providing consistent follow-through and using online access and mobile connectivity technology
Operates independently and shows high level of responsibility and drive
Possess a reasonable knowledge of network layers 1 through 7 and strong troubleshooting skills in L1-L4
Credentials Required Current Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and/or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP:EA)
