Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Server 2016, 2012, 2008-based IT environments
Work onsite and online to analyze and fix both urgent and lingering problems associated with reliability, protection, capacity, accessibility, and general productivity
Deploy, configure and troubleshoot apps hosted on Microsoft Windows Servers
Deploy, setup Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7 desktops and notebooks
Configure and analyze a variety of network services and applications including AD, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, DFS & NTFRS
Design information technology architectures including virtualized infrastructures and on-premises, cloud-based, and hybrid cloud models
Maintain and manage MS Outlook client with back office Exchange, Microsoft Office suite, phone communications, and Internet access
Plan and carry out updates to Microsoft desktop OS, Windows Server, AD, and Exchange
Develop and validate protection policies such as onsite high availability, fault tolerance, backup/restore and AV plus remote or cloud-centric disaster recovery
Robust system architecture and 24x7 health monitoring

Minimum Work Experience Requirements
10+ years' experience in PC, server administration and IT Infrastructure support (new software deployment, machine provisioning, problem identification and resolution)
5+ years consulting background
Ability to debug software application problems such as workstation program compatibility problems, server problems, data service problems, and connectivity issues
Experience in business application assistance (Microsoft products)
Proven ability to work effectively in a virtual office setting, providing consistent follow-through and utilizing remote access and wireless communication tools
Operates independently and shows high level of ownership and initiative
Possess a reasonable knowledge of networking layers L1-L7 and strong debugging skills in L1-L4
Credentials Required Current Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and/or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP:EA)
