Responsibilities
Maintain and repair Microsoft Windows Server 2016, 2012, 2008-based networks
Work onsite and remotely to identify and fix urgent and ongoing issues associated with availability, protection, capacity, accessibility, and overall functionality
Deploy, configure and troubleshoot apps hosted on Microsoft Windows Servers
Deploy, setup Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7 desktops and notebooks
Configure and analyze a variety of network services and applications including AD, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, DFS & NTFRS
Design information technology architectures including virtualized environments and private/dedicated/hybrid cloud models
Maintain and administer Microsoft Outlook client with back office Microsoft Exchange, MS Office suite, phone communications, and Internet connectivity
Design and implement updates to Microsoft desktop OS, Windows Server, AD, and Exchange
Design and validate security policies such as on-premises high availability, fault tolerance, backup/restore and AV plus remote or cloud-based disaster recovery
Efficient network architecture and 24x7 health monitoring and alerting

Minimum Work Experience Requirements
10+ years' experience in desktop, server administration and network Infrastructure support (new software deployment, device provisioning, problem isolation and resolution)
5+ years consulting background
Ability to troubleshoot software application issues such as workstation program compatibility problems, server issues, data service problems, and connectivity issues
Experience in business productivity software support (Microsoft products)
Proven ability to operate efficiently in a virtual office setting, providing reliable follow-through and taking advantage remote access and wireless communication technology
Operates without supervision and demonstrates strong sense of ownership and initiative
Possess a working knowledge of network layers 1 through 7 and excellent debugging skills in L1-L4
