Activities
Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Server 2016, 2012, 2008-powered IT environments
Work onsite and remotely to analyze and resolve both urgent and lingering issues associated with reliability, protection, performance, connectivity, and overall functionality
Deploy, configure and debug apps hosted on Microsoft Windows Servers
Install, setup Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7 desktops and notebooks
Configure and analyze a variety of network services and applications including AD, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, DFS & NTFRS
Design information technology architectures including virtualized infrastructures and private/dedicated/hybrid cloud designs
Maintain and manage MS Outlook client with back office Microsoft Exchange Server, MS Office and Office 365, telephony, and Internet connectivity
Design and carry out updates to MS desktop OS, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange
Design and test security policies such as on-premises high availability, fault tolerance, backups and anti-virus as well as remote or cloud-based disaster recovery
Efficient system design and proactive health monitoring

Minimum Work Experience Requirements
10+ years' background in desktop, server management and network Infrastructure support (new software deployment, machine setup, problem identification and repair)
5+ years consulting experience
Ability to troubleshoot application problems including desktop PC software compatibility problems, server problems, data service issues, and connectivity issues
Experience in business application assistance (Microsoft products)
Proven ability to operate efficiently in a virtual office setting, providing consistent follow-through and using remote access and wireless communication tools
Works without supervision and shows high level of ownership and initiative
Possess a working understanding of network layers L1-L7 and excellent troubleshooting skills in L1-L4
