Responsibilities
Maintain and repair Microsoft Windows Server 2016, 2012, 2008-powered IT environments
Work on premises and online to identify and resolve both urgent and ongoing issues associated with reliability, security, performance, accessibility, and general productivity
Deploy, configure and debug apps on Windows Servers
Deploy, setup Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7 desktops and notebooks
Configure and analyze a variety of network services and applications including AD, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, DFS & NTFRS
Design IT architectures including virtualized infrastructures and private/dedicated/hybrid cloud models
Support and administer Microsoft Outlook client with back office Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft Office suite, phone communications, and Internet connectivity
Plan and carry out updates to MS desktop OS, Windows Server, AD, and Exchange Server
Develop and test security policies such as on-premises high availability, fault tolerance, backup/restore and AV plus remote or cloud-based disaster recovery
Robust network architecture and proactive server monitoring and alerting

Minimum Work Experience Requirements
10+ years' experience in PC, server management and IT Infrastructure support (new software deployment, machine setup, problem isolation and resolution)
5+ years consulting experience
Ability to debug software application issues including desktop PC software compatibility problems, server problems, data service problems, and access issues
Experience in business productivity application support (Microsoft products)
Demonstrated ability to operate efficiently in a virtual office setting, providing reliable follow-up and utilizing remote access and mobile connectivity tools
Works independently and demonstrates high level of ownership and drive
Has a reasonable knowledge of networking layers 1 through 7 and strong troubleshooting capabilities in L1-L4
