Activities
Support and troubleshoot Windows Server 2016, 2012, 2008-powered networks
Work on premises and online to identify and fix urgent and lingering issues associated with reliability, security, capacity, connectivity, and general functionality
Deploy, configure and troubleshoot apps hosted on Microsoft Windows Servers
Install, configure Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7 desktops and notebooks
Configure and analyze a variety of network services and applications including AD, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, DFS & NTFRS
Design IT topologies including virtualized environments and on-premises, cloud-based, and hybrid cloud models
Maintain and manage Microsoft Outlook client with back office Exchange, MS Office and Office 365, phone communications, and Internet connectivity
Design and implement updates to MS desktop operating system, Windows Server, AD, and Microsoft Exchange
Develop and validate security policies such as on-premises high availability, resilience, backup/restore and AV plus offsite or cloud-centric disaster recovery

Experience in business productivity software support (Microsoft products)
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a virtual office environment, providing reliable follow-up and taking advantage remote access and mobile connectivity tools
Operates independently and shows strong sense of responsibility and drive
Has a working knowledge of networking layers L1-L7 and strong troubleshooting capabilities in L1-L4
