Progent is seeking Desktop Support Consultants to help our clients with maintenance, break/fix and project work. This is a 1099 consulting position that will be performed at Progent's client premises in the . Daytime availability is required, Monday through Friday. Our consultant will maintain and support clients of all desktop and laptop computers powered by current Microsoft technologies. Also, work closely with client's executives, management, IT staff or under the direction or guidance of Progent's senior consultant to support the customer's end users.

Three years experience in desktop PC admin new software configuration, computer and peripheral integration, trouble analysis and correction)
Strong computer debugging and fault isolation ability, knowledge to implement short-term patches to resolve network problems and escalate support services when required
In-depth background providing software assistance to small companies for all Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Office 365 programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel
