This is a 1099 consulting role that will be performed at our customer sites in the . Daytime availability is needed, Monday through Friday. Our consultant will maintain and support users of all desktop and laptop computers powered by the latest Microsoft technologies. In addition, work extensively with client's executives, management, IT group or under the direction or guidance of our senior consultant to support the client's end users.

Exchange-based Outlook email client
Microsoft operating systems and applications, PC desktop, notebook and peripheral integration, offsite access for teleworkers and mobile users
Setup and validate Virtual Private Network (VPN) configurations
Basic network management, such as user maintenance
Support, diagnose and troubleshoot issues with all versions of Windows-based PC and laptop computers and others as needed.

Minimum Professional Experience Requirements
Three years experience in desktop PC administration new program configuration, computer and peripheral integration, trouble analysis and correction)
Strong computer debugging and fault isolation ability, knowledge to implement temporary patches to solve network problems and escalate support when necessary
In-depth experience delivering software assistance to small organizations for all Windows OS, Office Suite, and Office 365 programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel
High-level speaking and written communication ability
