Activities
Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Server 2016, 2012, 2008-powered IT environments
Work onsite and remotely to analyze and fix both urgent and ongoing problems related to reliability, protection, capacity, accessibility, and general functionality
Install, setup and debug applications on Microsoft Windows Servers
Install, configure Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7
Configure and analyze a variety of network services and applications including AD, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, DFS & NTFRS
Plan IT topologies including virtualized environments and on-premises, cloud-based, and hybrid cloud designs
Maintain and administer MS Outlook client with back office Exchange, MS Office and Office 365, phone communications, and Internet access
Plan and implement updates to MS desktop operating system, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange
Develop and test protection policies including onsite high availability, resilience, backup/restore and AV as well as remote or cloud-based disaster recovery
Robust system design and proactive health monitoring and alerting

Minimum Work Experience Requirements
10+ years' background in PC, server administration and network Infrastructure support (new software deployment, device provisioning, problem isolation and resolution)
5+ years consulting background
Ability to debug application issues such as desktop PC software compatibility problems, server issues, data service problems, and connectivity problems
Experience in business productivity application assistance (Microsoft product family)
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a virtual office environment, delivering consistent follow-up and utilizing remote access and mobile communication tools
Operates without supervision and shows strong sense of ownership and initiative
Possess a working knowledge of network layers 1 through 7 and excellent debugging capabilities in L1-L4
