This is a 1099 consulting position that will be performed at Progent's client premises in the . Daytime availability is required, Monday through Friday. Our consultant will maintain and support users of all desktop and notebook computers based on current Microsoft technologies. Also, work extensively with client's executives, management, IT group or under the direction or guidance of Progent's senior consultant to support the customer's end users.

Support, diagnose and resolve problems with all versions of Windows-powered workstation and laptop systems and others as needed.
Work with computer users in helping to find and resolve app and operating system problems that impact user productivity
Deploy, integrate and verify a variety of applications on user workstations
Work on-premises to diagnose and fix both urgent and persistent issues that reduce the reliability, protection, performance, accessibility, and overall capability of desktops, notebooks, imaging devices and other end user equipment
Install new end-user equipment and help with other deployments, upgrades, and swaps of desktops, laptop computers and associated hardware
Provide the timely analysis and remediation of workstations and laptop computers and associated hardware
Remain up-to-date with advanced knowledge of workstation and laptop applications and use of WAN infrastructure including the Internet
