Progent's pricing policy is to charge for phone support and on-premises help by the minute. Consequently, you are invoiced only for delivered services. Also, Progent imposes no minimum charge and asks no monthly commitment for services provided during regular business hours. Many service firms impose substantial minimum payments or charge for each fifteen minutes or longer. Progent's one-minute granularity avoids large invoices for fast fixes so you will not be forced to allow minor problems to fester.
