Compensation at Progent is based on revenue sharing. Similar to an independent consultant, your earnings are tied to your performance. Some Progent consultants choose to work at a more relaxed pace, using a self-determined schedule to allow time for personal pursuits. Other consultants focus on maximizing income and working long hours. Progent's philosophy is to let the consultant decide on an appropriate workload and Progent's marketing, sales, virtual infrastructure, and operational procedures will ensure that you are well compensated for the time you spend helping clients. Progent's top consultants are making $165K/year.
