We have a state-of-the-art Voice over IP PBX solution housed in one of our data centers. Progent has created a scalable infrastructure of 50+ servers that host the basic programs used to run Progentís business, including Exchange e-mail and collaboration, accounting and management information systems, customer invoicing systems, help desk applications, web services, authentication and protection servers, document handling, print servers, archiving and disaster recovery, sales support, CRM, system administration and monitoring, and VoIP. Progent leverages virtual server technology from VMware to enhance further the ability to scale and administer our network.
