The UAP-AC-LR features 3x3 MIMO in the 2.4 GHz band and 2x2 MIMO in the 5 GHz band. The 2.4 GHz radio delivers as high as 450 Mbps performance, and the 5 GHz radio delivers up to 867 Mbps.
Ubiquiti has a rich catalog of UniFi Wi-Fi access points and management software
The UAP-AC-PRO Wi-Fi AP is designed to be resistant to indirect weather and can be installed indoors or in a covered outdoor site. The UAP-AC-PRO includes two GbE Ethernet ports and features 3x3 MIMO technology in the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands, delivering performance as high as 450 Mbps at 2.4 GHz and 1,300 Mbps for the 5 GHz radio. The UAP-AC-PRO supports up to 200 users. A compact in-wall model, the UAP-AC-IW-PRO, connects directly into an Ethernet wall interface and does not have an additional Ethernet port. The UAP-AC-EDU wireless access point is intended for schools and offers performance and capacity the same as UniFi's UAP-AC-PRO but is larger, includes only a single Gigabit Ethernet interface, is engineered for indoor use, and incorporates a loudspeaker to support a wireless PA system.
UniFi's ultra-slim and high-density UAP-nanoHD indoor access point features 4x4 MU-MIMO technology, delivers 300 Mbps throughput for the 2.4 GHz radio and 1,733 Mbps performance for the 5 GHz radio, supports 200 simultaneous users, and has a single 10/100/1000 Ethernet connection. The UAP-nanoHD is available in a selection of skins to blend with various surroundings. UniFi's UAP-HD access point is designed for high-density indoor or outdoor deployments. This large-footprint wireless access point offers 4x4 MU-MIMO technology, delivers 800 Mbps throughput for the 2.4 GHz radio and 1,733 Mbps data rates at 5 GHz, and supports up to 500 users. The UAP-HD includes two connections for GbE Ethernet.
The UAP-AC-M and UAP-AC-M-PRO Wi-Fi APs are mesh devices designed for expansive outdoor venues, such as a park, with little if any IT infrastructure, or for quick deployment/tear down applications like a music festival or street fair. Both these mesh access points can support 250 concurrent users. The UAP-AC-M has 2x2 MIMO technology and has versatile mounting and antenna alternatives for indoor or outdoor use. The Wi-Fi AP delivers 300 Mbps data rates for the 2.4 GHz radio and 867 Mbps data rates at 5 GHz. The high-speed, all-weather UAP-AC-M-PRO AP is engineered for outdoor deployments, delivers 450 Mbps performance for the 2.4 GHz radio and 1,300 Mbps throughput for the 5 GHz radio, and includes a secondary GbE Ethernet interface.
Ubiquiti's XG AP Wireless Access Point
Ubiquiti's UniFi XG AP is a quad-radio 802.11ac Wave 2 Wi-Fi AP intended for very high-concentration deployments such as a concert hall. The UniFi XG AP has a 4x4 MIMO 2.4 GHz radio that delivers 800 Mbps throughput plus dual 4x4 MIMO 5 GHz radios that deliver 1.733 Gbps performance. The Wi-Fi AP can support 500 simultaneous client devices. A dedicated radio continually scans for threats such as malicious frames and rogue access points. The Spectral Security Radio also looks for the most efficient channel for top performance. The XG AP includes a Gigabit Ethernet backhaul connection and a 1/10 Gbps Ethernet port for bridging, can be powered by an 802.3bt Power-over-Ethernet compliant switch, and incorporates a Bluetooth BLE radio.
UniFi Managed Switches
The UniFi line of switches range from 8-port desktop/wall-mount units with 8 Gbps throughput to 48-port rackmount units that support line rates as high as 70 Gbps. Ubiquiti UniFi 10G SFP+ aggregation switches can deliver throughput of up to 160 Gbps. UniFi managed switches offer the forwarding capacity to process traffic simultaneously on all ports at line rate without packet loss. UniFi managed switches can supply PoE power to wireless access points and other devices, and can be centrally managed by the same UniFi Controller software as UniFi wireless APs and security gateways.
